Hosted VOIP Services Telephony Issues

We now believe the issues with incoming and outgoing calls should be resolved. Some handsets and Trunks lost registration to the MESH Voice Server, but they should now be re-registered and working normally. A reboot of a handset should force it to register correctly if it hasn't done so automatically

Though the upstream providers are reporting that they think they have fixed the issue, we have reported to them that there are still issues with inbound calls. We are continuing to monitor their progress in resolving the problems, and we hope to be able to give a positive update shortly

We are aware of an issue which is causing phones to display as not registered on the cloud network, we are working with our provider to get this resolved with the utmost urgency.
