Hosted VOIP Services Ongoing phone issues

We believe all issues have now been resolved by our supplier.

If you are still seeing any residual issues please reboot your handset (which will force it to re-register with the system) and if any issues remain please contact our helpdesk, although we do not expect either of these steps will be needed.

We sincerely apologise for the issues that customers have experienced and would like to assure all clients that both Stickman and our suppliers have treated the issue with the highest priority level possible.
